Can you believe the 1st quarter of the year is swiftly approaching us?

I encourage each and every one of you to reflect on the 4th and last quarter of 2019 to determine if you are pleased with your results.

Take time to jot down all of your triumphs, your missteps, the promises you made, the promises you broke, the times you opened yourself up to great adventures or closed yourself down for fear of getting hurt. Take a close look at how many times you thought maybe I should but didn’t.

Writing both your accomplishments and challenges down will help you see how much you have truly accomplished and what you need to improve. successfailure

Sometimes life will get you down and you might feel like you are a total failure but you have to understand that success is a process and if it was easy everyone would be successful.

Every day is a new day, which means a fresh start to create and envision exactly what we want for ourselves. Remember that we don’t get what we want until we have a vision of it.

What do you envision your 2020 will be like at this point? What gifts do you want to receive? How do you want to feel? Who do you want to meet (if anyone)? What does your business look like? The goal of this exercise is to set the intention for each day you wake up.

You can create anything you want in life. It’s your time to create. As long as you have LIFE in your body, you have been given another chance. A chance to forgive, to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more and stop worrying about what if and start embracing what will be. my-vision-board-small

Remember to love each other and be kind to each other. Not just now, but every day of your life. Let’s Go……Be Encouraged.
